I'm buying a new bike for my question is 90mm/1000mm telescope.my refractor I'm looking for a CG-5 Equatorial Telescope Engine Type dual EQ Mount.Will this work? It comes with a mounting plate.So what kind of mounting plate I have to look? Thanks ...

Yes, this is an excellent mount for this scope. You will have the diameter mounting rings appropriate (which may already be present in the telescope) and a dovetail plate to connect mounting rings (which may come with the bracket). If you lack any of the rings or dovetail plate, you can get here (or at any store large telescope):
